We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quotation as obviously fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and our level of involvement. We’ll keep in contact with you regarding our time, hours spent, and liaise with you on specific items, but we’ll also work to your budget and plan accordingly. You’ll never be charged more than we agree upon and there will be no hidden extras or surprises.

We have a whole team of event planners, event designers, and event managers to meet your every need. They handle all the planning and arrangements. On the day of your event, they will be on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly so that you can focus on having a good time with your guests.

We welcome your involvement in every step of the process when it comes to making your event come to life. If you want to oversee the logistics on the day of the event, we will still provide an event manager to assist you. However, we suggest that you take the opportunity to tend to your guests and let us worry about the logistics.

Of course! We’d never dream of trying to plan your event without making sure we know just want you’re looking for and how to proceed. There is a $200 consultation fee that will be waived if you decided to move ahead with the event. If for some reason you decide against using us for your event, the $200 fee will be due 30 days after the consultation. Although we seriously doubt this would happen we need to anticipate all eventualities.
